about me

 

I’ve been working within the fitness industry for a number of years now, as a fitness instructor and personal trainer - specialising in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients; from professional athletes (both on and off-season) improving sporting performance and rehabilitating injured athletes, to clients recovering from surgery or injury as part of a rehabilitation programme, as well as anyone who is simply looking to lose some weight and tone some muscle.

I now run a private one-to-one client gym based in Godstone, and I’m also lead fitness coach at Northfleet Tech College - working with basketball and football athletes.

I work with clients in three different ways:

  • Training clients at a private gym in Godstone, Surrey (close to Oxted, Caterham, and Redhill)

  • Working with clients at their homes

  • Creating online programmes for clients who live outside of my region

I train clients individually, as a couple or even as a group (maximum of 3 people).

Sessions and pricing are discussed upon consultation.

Everyone will have a 15 minute phone consultation prior to your first session to discuss targets and needs.

Training sessions are unique to each individual based on their goals, lifestyle and personal factors (eg: injury or event specific).

Sessions and pricing are discussed upon consultation. Pricing of sessions will be dependent on cost of travel.

Online programmes


All online programmes are unique to each individual based on their goals, lifestyle and personal factors (eg: injury or event specific).

Programmes are initially discussed via a 15-30 minute phone call, or via email if you prefer.

You will receive a home programme with weekly updates to your programmes, as well as a weekly accountability call, and continual contact via WhatsApp.

Cost is £100 per month.
